These Terms of Service govern your use of the NeoGriffin Security API ("the Service"), operated by Dagoberto (@dagomint). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
NeoGriffin provides a security API for autonomous AI agents. It includes prompt injection detection, token auditing, transaction simulation, wallet monitoring, and related security tools accessible via HTTP endpoints at api.neogriffin.dev.
You may use the Service to protect legitimate AI agents and applications. You may not:
Paid endpoints require payment in USDC (via x402 on Base) or SURGE/USDC (on Solana). Payments are processed on-chain and are final. No refunds are issued for completed transactions. The free tier endpoints are available without payment.
NeoGriffin is a detection and defense tool — it is not a guarantee that your agents will never be compromised. No security system is 100% effective. You are responsible for the security architecture of your own systems. NeoGriffin is one layer of defense, not a complete solution.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
NeoGriffin uses pattern-based detection with tested accuracy rates. False positives (safe inputs flagged as threats) and false negatives (threats not detected) may occur. You should not rely solely on NeoGriffin for security-critical decisions.
Token reports submitted via POST /api/token/report are community-contributed and not verified by NeoGriffin. Do not make financial decisions based solely on community reports.
The NeoGriffin API, detection patterns, and system architecture are proprietary. The public repository contains reference code only. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the detection system without permission.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always at neogriffin.dev/terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
